Jerry Hadl
Owner
Jerry Hadl grew up in Eudora, Kansas, and got right to work after graduating from Eudora High School in the ’90s — starting the very next day at Eudora Heating and Cooling Inc. From there, he pursued his HVAC education at Johnson County Community College while learning the trade hands-on, everything from swapping out furnaces and air conditioners in family homes to installing full systems in custom builds and light commercial jobs.
Over the years, Jerry’s work has taken him all over — from school installations in Nevada, Missouri, to welding grease duct for new Chipotle restaurants, hanging industrial spiral ductwork on large-scale projects, and even coordinating a helicopter lift of 18 rooftop units for a Frito-Lay facility in Topeka. He spent more than a decade as a lead installer in Lawrence, handling new homes, heat pumps, boilers, mini splits, VRF systems, ground source units, and some sizable commercial work. Through it all, he’s grateful for every employer and coworker who helped him build the knowledge he brings to the job today.
